In this work by Beth Richardson, a simple paint roller emerges within a suspended, almost unreal space. The everyday gesture is interrupted: color slips away, dispersing into quiet traces. Minimal and subtly disorienting in a positive way, the piece transforms the ordinary into something enigmatic, inviting the viewer to fill in what is missing.
