Biography
Painter, singer and musician, he was born in Bagno di Romagna in the province of Forlì/Cesena in 1981. He graduated from the Art Institute of Sansepolcro and attended the Academy of Fine Arts in Florence. His exhibition activity began in 2002 with the Mentana Art Gallery in Florence, and in the following years Casetti managed to transform his passion for art and painting into a real profession. In 2013, he exhibited at the Reuss Galerie in Berlin. Also in 2013, he took an active part as vice-president and teacher of painting, drawing and life drawing in the Arts Factory project: a comprehensive art and experimentation academy located in a charming farmhouse in the hills of Romagna and headed by sculptor Roberto Giordani. In 2015, he was a guest in San Francisco, California, USA, and Government Camp, Oregon, USA, for two performances on iron. In the same year, he was a guest in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, for an artist residency. He currently collaborates with various galleries in the Netherlands, Italy, Germany and Taiwan.
