A young woman lost in a moment of quiet introspection. Her closed eyes and serene expression contrast with the vibrant colours that come to life around her face. The bright yellow of her dress is reflected on her skin, whilst vivid pinks, deep blues and golden accents intertwine in a delicate headdress that is almost reminiscent of a floral arrangement. The shapes extend beyond the figure’s boundaries, like thoughts that escape control and find their own freedom. A portrait that celebrates the beauty of what we hold within us, even when we choose not to reveal it.
